Lenshunts Pty Ltd (ABN 94 701 302 141) provides consulting services as described in individually signed proposals. These terms apply to all engagements unless superseded by a signed agreement.
Each engagement is governed by a written fixed-fee proposal. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
Both parties will keep confidential information secret and use it only for the engagement.
Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
